Stacy Jones owned a home in downtown Cincinnati. She rented this home out every year, and most of the time her renters were wealthy college students just wanting to move out on their own while in school. The house was a furnished two bedroom, three bathroom home with a front porch and a nice fenced in backyard. It had all of the basic amenities, including a washer and a dryer, a full kitchen with all the appliances, and even a one car garage.
Stacy usually worked with the renters to establish a price that was reasonable for the both of them. She felt she was very reasonable, and the rent she received each month from her renters was just extra money in her pocket. Stacy was a very successful businesswoman, who spent most of her time away on business conferences all around the country. She was seldom in town, where she lived in a modest condo overlooking the Cincinnati skyline. However, when she was in town, Stacy liked to make sure things were in order at the house that she rented out to her renters.
The house, however, had been up for rent for quite some time, and Stacy was getting a little concerned. Usually she would have received hundreds of applications from the college students by now about renting. Instead, Stacy had received only three applications in the past two months. Two of them seemed promising, but after reviewing background checks, it was revealed that these two renters were former drug dealers. Stacy couldn't stand the idea of drugs in her house, let alone shady people coming and going.
The last application though seemed promising, and as Stacy read through the application, she became very excited. The last applicant was a single man who was just moving into the area to play football. But this man, however, was not interested in college football. He was the new quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals!
Stacy was very glad that she was in town this week. It was the perfect opportunity to meet the new renter in person, and to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Her friend, Marge, had already met with the new renter, and went over all of the paperwork, rules, and everything with him. Stacy was sure that this new quarterback could follow her rules appropriately. She was also very glad that the football player passed the background check with flying colors. She couldn't wait to meet this guy and to get a glimpse of his big muscles!
Stacy quickly put on her best business outfit, a long form-fitting black dress with her pointed black high heels and silver earrings. She was going to meet the Bengals player in ten minutes at the house. Marge had told Stacy that everything was set, and that the football player, Chris Will, had been settled in to the place for about a week. He had paid for everything up front, and so far there had been no issues. He did express that he wanted to meet Stacy the next time she was in town.
Stacy pulled up into the driveway behind a black Lotus. She knocked on the door, and the renter answered.
"Hi, you must be Chris Will. I am Stacy Jones, nice to meet you," Stacy said in her most professional tone.
"Hi, Stacy, come on in."
Chris was a big guy, maybe 6 foot 5, with very broad shoulders and very muscular arms and legs. He had just sweatpants on, and Stacy couldn't help but to keep staring at his perfectly sculpted six pack. She couldn't help but to like him already.
Chris looked around at Stacy. Damn, she was hot. She was young too, maybe in her early twenties. Stacy had long blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail, with high cheekbones, emerald green eyes, and a very skinny little body. Her breasts though were very full, and very perky.
"So how is everything going with the place, Chris?" Stacy asked, bringing Chris away from his lustful thoughts.
"Oh, it is a great place, Stacy. And wonderfully close to everything too."
"Good, are you getting used to Cincinnati, yet?"
"Haha, yea. Cincinnati seems like a wonderful city too. It has great things," Chris replied with a flashy smile.
"Great things?" Stacy asked, puzzled.
"Oh, sure. Great football, great people, great food, great nightlife. And now I see it has great women too."
