It's been said that Ogg is writing for a distinct, endangered breed of cultured readers; comparatively, that his writings are for a little colony of puffins versus a bevy of emperor penguins. Most likely, Ogg would humbly tell you that not all of his writing is to everyone's taste, but we would instead say his oeuvre is so big that there's truly something for everyone! His catalogue of hundreds of stories published since 2002 on Literotica is a dedication of love for language, erotic story-telling, humor and perfectly crafted pastiches of art imitating life (and vice versa)!
So, to pay homage to Ogg the King of Bashan, we've organized an event Pastiches de Oggbashan on
December 19, 2019
. We excitedly invite you to pick your favorite Ogg story and write your own take on it, capturing Ogg's uniquely wonderful style.
This isn't a "by invitation only" event. This isn't a competition. There's no placing. There's no prizes. This is for the sheer joy of writing alongside a supportive community of Literotica writers to pay homage to a friend and colleague.
And, this is for anyone on Literotica who would like to try it out. You don't have to have written anything before to write for this event. First time writers and veterans alike are all invited and encouraged to participate.
