Chapter 3
The next morning Emily awoke to the sound of wind hurtling itself against the tiny home. Windows rattling and rain pattering against the roof.
After an awkward breakfast with her aunt, the pair retired to the lounge where they watched the television.
"Looks like a blizzard is heading our way..." Aunt Lisa said with worry.
"Have you had many come through here?" Emily asked.
"Oh some from time to time over the many years, they usually cause power outages for me that can last a while." Aunt Lisa replied.
"Oh no" Emily replied.
"It's why I keep a good stock of food in the house, we will be alright even if we get snowed in. I hope our wood is stocked up..." Lisa said.
Emily realized she hadn't done much work outside the home, and so the woodpile was dwindling.
"I'm so sorry aunty; I can go chop some now if there are any logs to find"
"Don't be silly dear, a bit of chill won't hurt us, I have plenty of blankets if we can't get a fire going" Aunt Lisa replied.
"Oh... ok" Emily replied, looking at the weatherman on the television pointing at the huge blizzard making its way to their town.
As the day went on, the wind got stronger, and the rain turned to snow. Emily and her aunt would comment on how white it was getting outside.
That night after dinner, Emily was washing her aunt in the shower as she had previously, she was getting comfortable washing her aunt's naked body.
Tonight, she didn't was too busy focusing on the blizzard to put any thoughts into pleasuring her aunty, or herself, and so just did a regular cleaning of her aunt's pussy and ass.
Later, after saying goodnight to her aunt, Emily was lying in bed, tensely listening to the howling wind outside. She shivered as she pulled the blankets tightly over herself and tried to sleep. Hoping the blizzard would subside by morning.
She awoke with a fright, the loud smashing of the porch screen door against the wall in the wind made her heart race.
She couldn't see and when flicking on her lamp switch, noticed it didn't work at all.
"Oh no..." She said to herself worriedly.
Blindly feeling her way around the room, she tucked on her gown and made her way to the front door, she could feel the icy wind blowing its way through the gaps in the front door, opening it she felt the full force of the blizzard and quickly secured the screen door back onto its latch to prevent it from slamming away again out of control.
"Dear is that you? I hope you aren't planning to leave in this weather!" Her aunt said, half joking.
"Yes, Aunt I am closing the screen door, I think we have lost power!" Emily replied.
"I'm not surprised" Her aunt replied with disappointment. "Let's get some rest as there isn't anything to be done about it, goodnight sweetie".
Emily rushed back to bed, the icy cold floor freezing her feet and she lay in bed, shivering. She wondered if her breath would show condensate if she could see it.
She had a fitful sleep, waking up in the early hours as the sun barely shone through the blizzard which still raged outside.
There wasn't a whole lot to do in the house, without television or radio. Emily hardly had any chores to do either.
There was a gas burner to cook the food, so the pair enjoyed a nice lunch of canned stew and bread.
"We had better eat the more perishable foods first" Her aunt said
"We don't' know when the next chance to get supplies will be, so let's make sure we leave the long-lasting food till last."
Emily agreed, especially since her aunt was probably used to this event.
After walking circles around the house wrapped in a blanket and her gown, Emily plopped down next to her aunt who was on the sofa reading a book.
"Ughhh, I am so bored, do you have any books for me to read auntie?" Emily asked.
"Oh.. I have some dear, but they may not be what you would like to read..." Lisa replied with a nervous tone.
"I would read anything at this point... I am going to die of boredom here!" Emily replied, excited at the thought of reading about anything to break the monotony.
