The good thing about trying to find a place to living in a big city is that there are many options. However, that...is also a bad thing. Because I planned to live on my own, I knew the best course of action would be to get an apartment. This means I had to go to many different apartment complexes, see the rooms, the location it is at, and decide if this is the right place for me. And there are a LOT of apartments.
Luckily, I was staying with a friend in the meantime I was house hunting. Or apartment hunting in this case. Doesn't roll off the tongue the same way as the former. But yeah, I was set for a while until I actually got a living condition that I can call home.
It ended up becoming a process as, for a while, no place was really calling to me. But I was adamant so I continued to the next location.
While driving around, I ended up seeing a rather nice-looking set of apartment buildings. They were gated two story apartment buildings and the area was pretty big with multiple structures. You couldn't see all of the buildings as you had to enter the land and go deeper in to see all of them. From the layout and design of the houses, it looked rather pleasant.
Livable, spacious, comfortable, the vibes just seem to be there.
Out of all the apartments I've seen, this one seemed to be the most promising. After driving pass it and getting its name, Logheft Apartments, I decided to go back to my friend's house for the day and look online for that apartment complex. A quick search led me to finding the website along with a phone number.
I smiled as I dialed the number to my phone. I had a good feeling about this one. Hopefully, it goes well.
Waiting as the phone rings, it almost felt like I was calling for a job interview. Which I knew was silly but it didn't help that my heart was beating rather loudly. I didn't have to wait too long as a voice came through the phone.
"This is Hugh, to whom am I speaking to?"
Wow, such a deep, masculine voice. Definitely a male. And he sounded a little professional. Makes sense though, who knows who it could be at the other end of the line.
But either way, I responded, "Hi, my name is Javier. Are you the landlord for Logheft Apartments?"
"Ah, yes. You're speaking with the right guy. Are you interested in renting a room?"
The tone in his voice seemed to have changed into more a more casual one. At least he sounded friendly.
"Yeah, I've looked at your apartments and they look really nice. But I would like to get a tour first before I make a decision. Is that alright?"
A soft laugh comes from the other end, "Of course! Of course! Just tell me when you're free and we can schedule an appointment."
"I can do it as soon as possible, I'm not busy currently."
"Alright, let me just check my schedule to see when you can come over."
It went silent for several seconds as I waited. It would have been great if we done it that day but it was getting late. And he was probably a little busy the next couple days afterwards. In that moment, I just hoped I didn't have to wait more than a week. I already felt like I was overstaying my welcome with my friend and didn't want to inconvenience him anymore than I already did.
I suddenly heard the voice return, "You're in luck! I'm available tomorrow! We can do it in the morning so we can take our time. How does that sound?"
I smiled hearing those words, "Yeah! That works for me! Where do you want to meet?"
"The guest parking space is the best option. We'll be able to find each other faster that way."
"Sounds good! I'll be there!"
"Great! See you tomorrow. Have a good day!"
"You too!"
Once I hung up, I admit, I did I high pitched 'yes' and some jumping. One step closer to getting my own place. Now all I had to do is prepare for tomorrow. I made sure to go to sleep at a reasonable hour so I could meet Hugh. A part of me was sad about this as I really would have liked to cruise around and get some big dick inside of me, but I had to make this a priority. So instead, I just used some of my biggest toys to scratch that itch. It would have to do for now.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Morning came and I headed off to Logheft. I had enough time to look presentable at least (while wearing jeans that made my ass look scrumptious, ALWAYS a priority) and arrive in time to give a good first impression.
I parked at the guest parking section and got out of my car to once more look at the apartment buildings. They looked even better than they did yesterday. Maybe it had to do with the morning sun hitting the buildings just right, it WAS sunset when I saw them yesterday. I stood there for what felt like a minute until I heard a familiar voice behind me.
"They're a beaut, aren't they?"
I turn around and had my eyes blessed by a muscular, big orc standing before me. He was wearing an unbuttoned polo shirt that showcased some prominent chest hair (fuck, that's hot) and some jeans that could barely contain an obvious bulge. A bulge that I would lick all over if given the opportunity. His black hair was short and spiky with a fade, which went along well with his handsome face. Veins on his arms combined with his muscles clearly showed he worked out. He gave a smile that could make a frilly skirt maiden blush and extended his hand.
"Javier, right? Pleasure to meet you."
This must be Hugh. The voice pretty much gave it away, anyway. I quickly snapped out of my lecherous thoughts and took his hand.
"Yeah, that's me. The pleasure's mine. And yeah, the place looks breathtaking. Just like their landlord."
Oh boy, I already started flirting. Well, here's hoping he takes it in stride or it might be over for me.
His eyes went up in surprise but was immediately followed by a loud laugh. He released my hand and patted my shoulder.
"Kid, flattery will get you everywhere with me. And might I say," he gave me a look over, "you look pretty good yourself."
I gave a giggle, "Thanks. That means a lot coming from a guy that can give gods a run for their money."
He gave another laugh, "Oh, I make sure that I'm at my peak when it comes to my body. But hey, that's not the only way to look good. You're a pretty good example yourself! The lean but toned look can turn a lot of heads too!"
