With my new job I had to travel cross country, such long drives, with little or no cars and no one to talk too. I'm thirty four and single, gay, not openly, but have only had sex with men, I have a type of guy I like but to say I only look for that type of guy I do not. Driving these roads I met a few guys I could have sex with, hitch hikers, guys in truck stops, not as many as I really want or need however.
I was cruising along radio playing, windows open the weather was so hot but it felt good to be driving along this stretch of highway with the wind blowing thru the car. I had seen three cars all day, two cars and a semi to be exact, no hitch hikers, no buses, this had to be the quietest stretch of road I had ever been on. This area was basically a desert, no trees, the odd cactus, rare to see a rest stop.
I had started to climb the one hill then down the other side when I spotted the motorcycle behind me, he was coming at me so fast. He flew by me I barely even saw him but he turned to look at me as he did fly by. I saw a big guy, leather jacket, long hair tied with a scarf, leather chaps and black boots, his face covered in a long beard.
I watched as he flew by me and disappeared, I continued to drive along, wondering where he was going so fast. I stopped at a gas station, restaurant and filled up both tanks, mine and the cars, the food was okay, nothing great, basically a burger and fry joint. The cook a very overweight man, the waitress an older woman with dyed hair and very thin.
I ate filled the car and was greeted by two state patrol cops in the parking lot, they asked about the biker guy who had passed me on the road. I told them I had seen two cars and a semi nothing else, they told me they were sure he had come the way I had come from. I assured them that if he did I had not seen him, why would I rat this guy out, they told me if I came upon him to stay clear of him as he was wanted as a suspect in a murder.
I told them I would steer clear of him and got in my car and left, I was driving along the heat was getting unbearable, I almost shut the windows and turned on the AC but decided I could handle the heat. I had to be a good forty miles away from the last stop when I saw skid marks on the road, single tire, had to be the biker dude.
I saw the mark on the side of the road, then where his bike had left the highway, once stopped I saw the bike off the road and him laid out beside it. I jumped out of the car, I went to him he was not conscious but he was alive. I checked for broken bones, but it looked like he was scuffed up and not much else, I dragged him to my car and lugged his huge ass frame into the car, I tilted the seat back so no one would see him in my car.
