My name is Henderson Friedrich. A tall, good-looking young black man from South Africa. Born to African and German parents. My father Heinrich Friedrich is a German philosopher who taught at one of the major universities in South Africa. My mother Annabelle Joseph Friedrich was an African Grad student whom he dated and eventually married. Sadly, she's no longer with us. My birth was her death. That's what my father told me. Life with father was alright. The existence of a biracial son of a wealthy white father and a deceased black mother isn't as complex as some would have you believe.
I'm a student at the Calhoun Institute of Technology. It's a private four-year technical school located in the city of Sanford, Maine. The school has a focus on computing, programming and engineering. It's considered one of the best small colleges in the region. Maine is so different from my native Pretoria. Being a native of South Africa I will always miss it but I've assimilated quite well to America. The state of Maine has become home away from home for me. I even joined the Men's Varsity Soccer team at Calhoun Tech. With my six-foot-two, 220-pound, chocolate-skinned body and male model's face, I soon became one of the most popular students at school. The perks of being really good-looking, articulate and sexy. Females loved me. Men wanted to be me. As for me, I was having the time of my life.
Calhoun Tech has six thousand students and it's mostly a commuter campus, though it has eight dorm buildings. The school can only provide housing for about eleven hundred students. The rest are commuters. Student-athletes get special privileges and are provided with the best of housing. The Calhoun Institute of Technology's Department of Athletics is only a decade old. It wasn't that long ago that the school lacked any sports programs. Currently, the school sponsors Men's Varsity Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Swimming, Volleyball, Wrestling, Ice Hockey, Tennis, Bowling, Soccer, Football and Golf along with Women's Varsity Softball, Basketball, Cross Country, Swimming, Volleyball, Soccer, Field Hockey, Ice Hockey, Bowling, Golf and Tennis. All of our sports teams compete in the NCAA Division Two.
