This is a true story which occurred about 5 years ago. I was working for a large retail chain which had approx. 800 stores coast to coast. I managed one of the highest volume, higher profited location. Well a conference was set up for the top 5% store managers to discuss the future, sales, plans, goals, advertising, merchandising, etc. The location chosen was about 7 hours away at a golf resort. Having recently separating from my wife, and now getting my life back in order, I was looking forward to the conference. Now you have to understand, I don't drink nor play cards or golf. I am not a pick-em up type of person.
On the 3rd and last night of the conference, the group planned to go out drinking and bar hopping and then have an all night poker game. I told the group, see ya, wouldn't want to be ya..... actually, I said to have fun. They went their way and I went mine. I went to Dunkin-Donuts for a cup of coffee and to sit thinking of my kids I missed. As I said, I had recently separated but the marriage was over long before that. My ex and I had not had sex for almost 2 yrs, trying to stay together for the kids.
While sipping on my coffee, a young woman came over and sat next to me. She was very pretty, tall, sandy blonde hair very long and straight (almost to her waist), built very nice, wearing shorts and a tight halter top. After a few moments, we began talking and I was starting to relax.
