What the F*** Are you doing here?
"Hey, Max, guess who's coming to town, well she's here already," Paul shouted to Maxine as he walked into their apartment, pulled his tie off and unbuttoned his collar, preparing to relax after a hard day at the office.
"If you're that excited it can only be Nikita."
Paul grinned at his wife as he nodded his head, "Yep, and she wants to talk to me, well us about something important, Nikita wouldn't say what it is, but I have an idea."
"She probably just wants another three-way with us."
"And you'd object to that I presume," Paul teased as he pulled Max into his arms and kissed her, his hands cupping the cheeks of her arse. Max squirmed against him, grinding her groin against the hardness of his cock as she pressed against him and kissed him back.
"You know I wouldn't, Nikita is one hot, sexy lady, and God she just doesn't have an off switch. I was licking her pussy for so long, my jaw was aching for a week after we were last together."
"Well that was only fair as she was sucking my dick at the time."
"Yeah and you loved that didn't you. How many times did you cum in her mouth?"
"Plenty, but it's not sex she's talking about. I think it's got something to do with work." Nikita was Paul's overall boss as she ran the East Coast US division, as well as Northern Europe, which of course, included the UK. Nikita was transitioning away from the US as that had only been a temporary position. Paul knew changes were going on, especially in the UK, and he had an idea of what Nikita wanted to talk about, but it would have serious consequences for Max if it was what he thought it was.
Paul freed himself from Max's increasingly passionate embrace and went off for a shower. Sex could wait until later, then he would fuck Max as hard as she could take, admitting to himself that another encounter with Nikita would be more than fine with him.
The next day saw Nikita and Paul in a series of meetings, but nothing was discussed about what Nikita had told Paul she needed to talk to him about in private. At the end of the day, the pair returned to Nikita's hotel, where Max joined them in a small meeting room that Nikita had reserved for them. This meeting was strictly business, the use of the meeting room showed that.
Nikita looked as gorgeous as ever, a statuesque blonde Amazon of a woman, a walking Valkyrie. If this was the 1930s, she'd have been the perfect poster girl for the BDM, The Bund Deutsche Madell, German Women's League. A perfect example of Aryan beauty, but without the racial overtones that came with the look.
Nikita had been born in the old East Germany, just before the wall came down, hence her name of Nikita; but she was fully westernised in her education and outlook, having done part of her business degree in the US. Hence her appointment to oversee the US operation, while her engineering degree was taken back in Germany.
Today, she was dressed in a smart business suit, a skirt cut just above the knee, a jacket and a plain blouse not too tight. Sexy, but business-like and powerful. Back home in Germany, she would probably have been more casually dressed, even for the office where things are more casual, even for mid to high management. Nikita was often found in skin-tight jeans and a loose top. However, when she wore more formal attire, she was all business.
Nikita greeted Max warmly, then was straight down to business; fun would come later.
"Max, I've got a proposition for Paul, but it includes you as much as him so that's why I wanted to talk to you as a pair." Paul and Max looked at one another, intrigued.
"Look I'm not going to mess about. Paul, we... me and others, think it is time for you to come back to Europe as part of your career development. It would be a year back in Germany, at the headquarters in Erlangen, and then after that, we think it would be the right time for you to go back to Manchester and take over there. Of course, we know that Max has her business interests here and that could cause a problem for you both."
"But isn't that a business role, I'm an engineer."
"Yes, you are, but you have a business mind on you as well. You knew that coming to the States was part of the plan and that we wanted you back in Europe at some point. Also, and let me stress this, we are putting more emphasis on the engineering side of things. We are an engineering company and think that engineering should take the lead. We can also get you enrolled on a course to get your business qualifications elevated, not a full degree, that would take too long and be too much work for you with everything else you'll be dealing with. I know there's no manufacturing or R&D, but the UK market is important to us and it needs a British mind to understand the engineering side of things. Britain is Britain, and not Europe and, at last, my colleagues in Germany have come to understand this. There is a move away from having a German, or Austrian in charge of our business in other countries."
"Wow," was all Paul could say at first. He was shocked at the outright offer; this wasn't a feeling-out trip by Nikita, this was a concrete opportunity. Nikita was basically offering him the role. Paul knew Nikita wouldn't have made such a bold pitch as this without it being discussed at the highest level and a go-ahead agreed on. Of course, he knew there'd be interviews, and he'd have to perform, especially when under the microscope of working back in Germany for a year. Both Max and he had known that in the future they wanted to move back to Manchester, and Max had organised her work accordingly.
"Look, I know this is a lot for you to take in, I'll let you think about it of course. Paul, this isn't an invite to apply for the role, it's yours if you want it, although nothing is set in concrete, but a spell in Germany wouldn't harm your career in any way. But we would love you to say yes. And Paul, you've never said no to me in the past." Nikita teased with her last words.
Max and Paul left shortly after and spent a long time discussing things until, at last, a decision was made, but it was a decision that they would keep to themselves for the time being. A lot of things had to be done in the meantime, especially for Max.
