Chapter 4: Monster House

It had taken a month for DOSA to rebuild Benjamin's home and rebuild it they did. The house that Ben and Ashlyn had was gone. This new home was high tech and big. Each part of the house was designed for supernatural creatures. It had a system that would adapt to the tenants' needs. Ben had full control over it as well. He could close out all light with solid steel blinds. He could change the temperature of each room. There were a lot of things he was still learning.

Agent Maya Yamin had visited them a couple times since their first meeting. Ben still had a couple more things to agree to and sign and Flori and Fee had to register under DOSA.

Fee was completely willing to give all her information and blood work to register. Flori, on the other hand, proved a bit more difficult to convince. She was skeptical about the intentions of her blood. Apparently people steal blood from vampires to try and turn themselves. After Ben convinced her that it was okay she finally agreed.

"If they end up using my blood for anything I'll go and drain them all." She threatened and he believed her.

Flori kept her room in the basement. As much as Maya complained and said she was sure the ground floor was secure, Flori didn't care. She had grown used to and liked the basement. So they redesigned it from an old creepy basement to a high tech dark room. It was lit with LED lights that Flori could clap on and off and contained a chilled refrigerator that stored her blood.

Fee's room situation was unique. They gave her an empty room to do whatever she wanted with it. She used her magic to decorate and fill it with her things. She told me after she was done that everything in her room could change to the appropriate size she was at the moment. She also said that more than likely she'll still be sleeping with Ben.

So, all in all, things were good for Ben. He was no longer worried about rent or utilities for the house. DOSA made sure everything was taken care of. Agent Maya did tell him he would still have to go out and get food and whatever supplies the roommates might need in the future.

Speaking of roommates, Ben had asked when he should be expecting them.

"We will let you know when the first one arrives." She replied.

"First one? I'm not getting all at once?" Ben questioned.

Agent Maya just laughed. "There's no way you would be able to handle all that. Plus we are still scouting out some. They are not ready yet."

That was all she said on the matter and Ben had to leave it at that.

"How are the two tenants doing?" Maya asked.

"Flori and Fee are doing good." Ben replied. He shifted in his seat.

"And how are you? Are you getting used to this? Taking care of supernatural creatures isn't easy."

Ben had grown fond of the dark skinned agent. She had gotten softer and softer with each video call. They had video check-ups at least three times a week. The calls would last for about thirty minutes and would be full of Maya asking questions. Most were about Flori, Fee, and the house but occasionally she would make small talk. It seemed to Ben she didn't get out much on the account of her job.

"I'm handling it. I was doing fine before you showed up remember?" Ben bragged into the screen and let out a big breath.

Agent Yamin rolled her eyes. "Slightly controlling one and having sexual intercourse with both isn't doing fine." Ben blushed. "You got extremely lucky. It's unheard of for a vampire to be controlled that way and you could have been killed. You're also fortunate that Fee liked you right away. Her species can be dangerous too."

Ben chuckled. "Fee dangerous? No way."

"Maybe not her but her species are very powerful magic creatures. She could have done a number of things to you."

Ben's face straighten and he winced. "I understand. I know I was lucky but Agent Yamin, I'm being careful."

"I told you to call me Maya." She interrupted.

"Maya," he corrected himself. "I'm good. These two would never harm me. In the future I will be more careful and now with the help of you I can do it right. I appreciate that."

It was Maya's turn to blush. She knew he had to have something special to woo those two girls. Fairies were easily seduced but a vampire. Still, he knew she didn't like to hear about it and he slipped up.

"I'm going to go make dinner." Flori said. She seemed completely apathetic to the situation now.

"Okay ...just don't put blood in it this time." Ben called to her as she left the room. She waved a hand and then she was gone.

Ben got up and turned his computer off. He left his work room which was now more decked out than before. DOSA had given him state of the art equipment and he was thrilled. They only gave Ben this because the new computer could do regular scans of the house and tenants and he could get in contact with them no matter what.

The chocolate man walked to his room to freshen up. He cleaned his face and took his glasses off to put in his contacts.

"Awww! I like the way you look with glasses!" A voice speaker out.

Ben whipped his head around and a very small very naked fairy was hovering near the wall by the towel rack.

"Fee! What have I told you about sneaking around the house?!" Ben cried out.

"Our hearing is fine. Fee, I told you to announce yourself when you come into a room."

Fee flew over to the towel rack and landed on it. She lowered her head and sort of bent at the waist and bowed.

"Your majesty, Fee the Fairy has entered your chambers!"

Ben laughed. "That's actually kinda cute. Thank you."

Fee flew over to Ben and slapped his forehead. Unfortunately for her, it only felt like a flick to him; which made him chuckle again.

Fee's face turned red. She transformed quickly to human size right in front of him. She made her wings disappear and materialized a tank top and panties on herself.

"Flori sent me to tell you dinner is ready."

"Ahh okay. Let's go then."

Fee took Ben's hand and lead him to the front of the house which took a little longer than usual. Ben's room was now in the back right corner of the house. If you left his room there would be two doors to his left out in the bedroom hallway. The first one led to a small hall that led to a closet and bathroom. The second set of stairs leading to the basement/Flori's domain. Down the rest of the hall was four door on the right, a door all the way at the end, and a halfway down the left leading to the front of the house. The closest door on the right was Fee's room. The other three rooms were currently empty. Benjamin's work room was behind the door at the end of the hall. There was an additional room from the work room and a bathroom past that.

Down the main hall there were two more doors on either side. Two more rooms. Past that you had the living room on one side and the kitchen on the other.

All the bedrooms had mechanical sliding doors. Ben could control all of them too. Open and close them at the touch of a button. This button was located on a wristband that Agent Maya gave him after the housework was completed.

"This controls most things in the house. Windows, doors, and security scans. All of it. The tenants can still move about freely and go in and out of their rooms." She explained to him.

"But. You can lock them all if there's an incident or you need to control them in any way."

Ben explained that he appreciated it but didn't think he would need to do that at all.

Subsequently he asked if he was supposed to keep this information from his roommates or not.

"Hmmm. I'll leave that to you. It doesn't respond to anything but your DNA so it's useless for them to take it. So I'll allow you to decide how you give out information to them." She left it at that.

Of course Ben told them immediately. Fee, the little masochist, was completely fine with it. Flori was less thrilled but was surprisingly okay with it as well. She did, however, threaten him.

"I understand the use for it, especially if we get rowdy roommates, but don't you ever lock me in my room...understand darling?" The way she said the last two words sent chills down his spine. He immediately agreed.

The fairy led her master into the kitchen which now had a huge table sitting smack dab in the middle. The kitchen had doubled in size. There was now two refrigerators right next to each other and an extended stove.

Benjamin was met with the smell of meat, roast beef to be exact. It was sitting on the dining table. The huge table was a chabudai. It was retangular and very low to the ground. There were eight big sized pillows places all the way around the table on the floor. Most people recognized this type of table in lots of Asian movies and TV shows.

Agent Maya was the one to actually suggest this type of table.

"A regular heighted table would take up more space." She noted. Plus it looks good and your roomies will like it."

Ben didn't really care what table they had, and he didn't dare comment on her saying "roomies". He just thanked her and let it happen.

Now Ben appreciated the decision. He had gotten accustomed to the table and so had Fee and Flori. The fairy was now sitting to the right of the spot Ben usually sat at. He was mildly tempted to sit in a completely different spot to mess with her but his hunger outweighed his desire to prank so he sat next to her. They were on the side of the table facing the living room.

The vampire grabbed a pot off the stove and placed it on the table. She was not using oven mitts, which Ben still could not get over.

She went back over to the counter and grabbed the big glass pitcher of water and placed it on the table next to the pot. Opening the refrigerator behind Ben and Fee, Flori grabbed three bags of dark red liquid, placed them on a plate, and sat down to the left of Ben.

He took a minute to check out the grey gorgeous vampire sitting next to him. She was wearing a red robe with white polka dots. It was tied at the waist and stop just below her pelvic area. Ben guessed she didn't have anything under that.

Fee shrugged her shoulders. "It's our custom. Fairies wait for the master to take the first bite before eating. I told you this already."

Ben used prongs to grab pieces of roast beef and opened the pot Flori placed beside it. It contained chunks of steamed potatoes.

While Ben made his plate, Fee waved her hand and the fridge to the right opened. A large sized sippy cup full of a golden liquid came flying out and landed perfectly in front of the cute petite girl.

She bounced up and down gleefully as she picked it up. Her big curly red hair danced as rocked her head back and forth.

"Someone's in a good mood." Ben claimed.

Fee just nodded her head while she, adorably, sucked on her bottle. It was a special honey that grew on trees grown by the fairies. This forest was in some secret location, or so Benjamin was told.

He looked over to Flori, whose mouth was attached to one of those bags. It was blood. DOSA would supply Flori as long as she registered and agreed to check-ups. It's one of the major reasons she agreed to join the DOSA roster. That and not being hunted.

The bags were made of some biodegradable materials that only Flori's teeth could puncture. They were about the size of a football and she was already a third of the way done with one.

"You must be thirsty tonight..." Ben said. It was more of a statement than a question.

She barely answered him, only managing to look in his direction momentarily. He just smiled to himself and began to eat.

There wasn't much conversation happening when they are eating, mostly because the two ladies were continuously sucking on something the entire time. Fee would occasionally stop and talk with Ben but it wasn't every time they ate. The vampire was much more concerned about draining the blood out the bags than watching the fairy flirt with Ben. He was fine with it. They did have a little conversation as they cleaned up. They as in Flori and him. Fee would run straight to the living room.

Flori broke the silence halfway through her second bag.

"I still want to drink your blood Benjamin." She said with a low voice.

This took him by surprise. She hadn't drank from him since before Maya showed up. She didn't even bring it up. Until now.

"R-really? Is that blood not good enough?" Ben didn't mean to make it sound like he was against it.

Flori frowned and cocked her head. "This blood is good. It's rich and fresh...but it's not your blood."

"Oh well... I guess so. Are you gonna want to drink tonight?" He asked.

"No, this will satisfy me for a week." Flori must have felt hesitation in my voice.

"I still like our original arrangement. I drink from you twice a month and we have fun together."

Ben's dick jumped at the comment. He knew what "fun together" meant. Unfortunately so did someone else.

The grey woman's red eyes glowed and she glowered past Ben's face. She grabbed Ben by the shoulder and pulled him toward her hard.

"I am not whoring myself out. We do more than just fuck. We go on dates and spend time together." Flori growled.

Ben was suddenly pulled to Fee.

"ACK!" Ben cried again.

"Well I want to go on dates with Ben too. So you better get used to sharing him!" Fee squeaked.

"Uhh. I can do both." Ben called out weakly.

Flori's nostrils were flaring, which Ben thought was really cute, and she seemed like she was gonna jump through Ben to attack Fee.

"Listen little bitch, I don't care what you want. Ben and I were roommates first which means I get to do whatever I want with him before you do!"

Fee's nostrils started flaring as well.

"I don't give a shit when you got here! That doesn't matter at all!"

"Fuc-!" The vampire begin to respond.

"Flori no more words!" Ben ordered. The vampire went silent immediately. Her face was twisted in anger but she kept her mouth closed. Ben turned to Fee.

"Fee, I promise I'll make the time to take you out and stuff alright?"

Fee calmed down a little. "Okay Master."

Ben rolled his eyes. "Whatever." Then he turned back to Flori.

"You can speak now just drink your food or drink or blood."

Flori glared at me then Fee and back to me. "Sure." She aggressively bit into her last bag. There was a quiet pop when her fangs punctured the bag. It made Ben flinch.

The grey woman didn't look at him but spoke. "Don't worry

darling

I'm not gonna do that to you...too hard.

Ben gulped. "Yeah sure... I'm not worried."

He laughed at himself. Being the physically biggest one there didn't matter at all. Both of the girls were way more terrifying than he ever was. Or could be for that matter. Ben laid back on the couch as he watched Fee playing the game. She was into the racing game but was still snuggled up to him. The fairy looked so cute focusing on her game and the vampire looked so elegant sitting there reading her book. He was proud to be with both of them.
