(Written for my good friend who goes by the online name Stuffy Dog. He came up with the scenario and the characters belong to him. This was my first real attempt writing characters that were not my own. I don't think I did as well as I could have, but he seemed pleased with it at least.)

"Another day, another grind. After completing another arduous shift down at the office, Suit lazily attempted to insert the proper key into the lock of his door with one hand upon returning to his less-than-modest abode. Eventually, his bleary eyes saw past his black bangs and discovered the keyhole, turning it open and gracelessly bursting through the entrance to his home. After dropping the heavy briefcase where he stood, the salary man dragged his feet across the floorboards and into the living room, not even caring to check if he had shut the door behind him. The office drone would have flopped onto the couch and happily spend the rest of the day there had it not already been occupied.
Unconsciously sprawled out of the sofa was Pants, a half-Earthling human, half-Lunarian rabbit hybrid with the rather ironic nickname seeing as she rarely, if ever, wore something to hide her shame below the waist...and right now was no exception to that rule. Empty packets of fruit snacks were strewn about the immediate vicinity as Pants laid down on her front with her face resting on the arms of the couch and her long, lepus ears flopped over, her breathing audible but soft. She was noticeably drooling out of the corner of her mouth and, on full display without an iota of shame, was the half-bunny's supple buttocks with her small, furry bauble of a tail placed just above them.
Now, Suit considered himself to be somewhat of a decent person. After all, it was he who took poor Pants in off the street when the half-breed had no place left to go despite not have a general fondness for the lunar people, even if his decision to do so may have been swayed by alcohol at the time, on top of a love for anything sweet and cuddly. However, more than often he would wish the girl would get out of the apartment every once in a while and find herself a job or, at least, help out around the house. Regardless, he was usually (key word being usually) not the type of guy to take advantage of the bunny girl's vulnerable position. Instead, he removed his coat from off his shoulders with a sigh before draping it across Pants' half-naked body. He supposed he could handle trudging a few extra steps to collapse on his bed instead but he first wanted to make certain his flatmate would not freeze to death during the night. However, as a result of being of bending himself over while not being in the most lucid states of mind at this instant, Suit shortly found himself losing his equilibrium.
The next thing Suit knew, he had tumbled completely over off his feet and onto the couch, with Pants being the unfortunate thing that broke his fall, finding his face planted into her hair. At least she made for a soft landing. Despite the harsh impact, it only succeeded in mildly stirring the sleeping rabbit but woke her up from her slumber nonetheless.
"Huh? Oh...g'morning, Suit..." She drowsily greeted her host, barely concerned that his body was squishing hers.
"Pants, it's half five in the afternoon!" He responded, pushing his upper half up off Pants as he berated her lack of a schedule.
