Helen stood in front of the full-length mirror in her bedroom. She had taken off the blue evening dress and held her red one up against her body before deciding to try it on. It had been years since she wore the dress, but she had been attending yoga classes all year with the aim of getting her body summer ready.
She just had her hair styled and loved how it looked. She was looking forward to tonight so much. With her kids home for the summer and her side of the family arriving soon, to say she was excited to see her sister, nieces and nephews was an understatement.
Thinking that the red dress was perfect, she decided to put it on. With a little struggle, she slipped into it, and smiled victoriously as she was now realising the benefits of her hard work. It fit her so well and really complemented her fit, but somewhat voluptuous figure, which was hard work to maintain at her age.
Her long dark hair contrasted well with her radiant blue eyes, which shone as she traced her hands over the dress. She wondered if the dress was showing too much cleavage for a family event. Not wanting to wear a less flattering dress, she dismissed the concern. The fit propped her breasts up and gave her ample cleavage and inviting look - a bust that was reminiscent of her youth.
She put on her red high heels and was now ready to welcome her guests who were due to arrive soon. To see if Lisa and Luke were ready, she opened her bedroom door and listened down the hallway. She heard noise coming from their bedrooms and assumed they were nearly ready.
"Lisa, can you come here, please? I need help with zipping up my dress," she shouted down the hallway.
"Lisa is still in the shower, Mom." Luke shouted back. Helen, initially disappointed, thought for a moment about an alternative solution.
"Luke, can you help me with it then?" She didn't hear a response for a moment and wondered what the problem was.
"Uh. Sure, Mom. I'll be there in a sec," he replied. A moment later he came out of his room. His tie was loose and he fixed his remaining cufflink on his way to his mother's room. He knocked and went in after she prompted him to do so.
"Just over here, Luke," she said, gesturing him over to where she stood in front of the mirror. "That's the zip down there. I just can't reach it."
"No problem," he reassured her. Luke was just about to zip her dress up when he noticed a tattoo on her lower back. He couldn't see exactly what it was, but could see the top of it. It surprised him. He didn't think his mom was a tattoo kind of person. To him, she was just a typical mom.
"Ahem, Sweetie?" Helen must have picked up that he saw her tattoo. "What's the hold up? It's only a zip."
"Right. Sorry, Mom." Luke zipped her dress halfway up and then he just noticed his mom wasn't wearing a bra. He wondered for a second as to why she wouldn't.
"Luke! What is taking so long?" She got a little annoyed at him. This prompted him to get his act together and zipped her up fully. With a little struggle around her upper back due to her cleavage, he zipped up the dress.
"There you go, Mom. Don't know what got a hold of me. Sorry."
"Not to worry. "Well... how do I look?" Helen did a cute twirl around in the dress. For the first time in a long while she felt beautiful. She noticed her son checking her out from head to toe.
"Uh... Beautiful, Mom," Luke reassured her. He went red in the face as he felt slightly awkward complimenting his mom while she wore such a dress. She turned to face him and looked at him with appreciation.
"Aww. Thanks, Sweetie. But next time, when a woman asks you how she looks, don't hesitate before you compliment her." She caressed his cheek and with her thumb and wiped clean a mark he had on his face.
Luke rolled his eyes, accepting the lesson learned. He turned to leave but his mom caught him by the arm.
"Oh, look. You haven't done your tie," she said. "Let me tie it for you.... to return the favour." She held each end of the tie and pulled him in before he had a chance to respond.
Luke didn't know where to look. Perhaps him having sex with his sister ignited something in him, but he found himself drawn to looking down into his mother's cleavage. Thankfully he had his wits about him and began to look around elsewhere.
"Luke, keep your head straight, please." She held his chin and redirected his stare back to her eyes. She fastened his tie up to his top button then took a moment to appreciate how much he's grown. "You're so much like your father, you know? You have his looks. And if I did my job right, you
shouldn't
have his personality."
"Thanks, Mom. You did a wonderful job raising us by the way." He adjusted his tie to be less suffocating. "Plus, I should really learn how to tie a real tie. My clip-on tie is missing," he said. Helen chuckled. She appreciated his humour.
This moment had become quite special for Helen. With the divorce in the past now, it meant so much to her that she could help Luke with these things.
"Oh, Luke. You look so handsome all dressed up," she reassured him. She stepped back and gripped each of his arms. "You've grown to become such a strong man." She started rubbing his arms, appreciating his athletic figure, albeit knowing he had a little bit of a beer belly. "And yes, every man should know how to tie a tie."
Luke felt a weird sensation as this mother caressed him and looked at him adoringly. It was a feeling of conflicted arousal. His mother's breasts were inches away from his face and he hated himself for feeling compelled to glance at them at any opportunity.
"Yeah, um... thanks, Mom," he said. Now getting ready to leave.
"You really do just look just like him, you know? Equally as handsome, and ten times the man," she said. The bell rang and this ended their moment of bonding.
Helen and Luke opened the door to pretty much everyone that was invited. Helen invited in her brother, sisters, nephews and nieces. For Luke, it had been a long time since he saw his uncle and all his aunts and cousins. And with his newfound attraction to family members, some of whom were a welcome sight.
Luke put some music on and the party started. Drinks were flowing and everyone was catching up with the usual small talk -- current college majors, new jobs and of course, the weather. It became that point in the party where people had exchanged pleasantries but weren't drunk enough to let loose yet.
Helen looked to Luke to see how they could liven things up. They met in the corner of the kitchen and plated up some snacks and finger food. It worked for a moment, but everyone went back to their groups.
"Who's responsible for this awful music? God! Are we at a funeral or a party?" In walked Lisa who had finally gotten ready. All the guests stopped their conversations as Lisa stole the show. All eyes were on her.
She waltzed towards the speakers, right where Helen and Luke were standing. Helen noticed her son's gaze and how he couldn't keep his eyes off his sister. She admitted to herself that she was a little jealous, not only of Lisa attracting Luke's attention but how her daughter was just a younger version of her -- younger, fitter, hotter.
Lisa wore a black dress. Showing equally as much cleavage as her mother. It was an inviting amount on display and the appropriateness was also questionable. The dress was really form fitting and she owned it with such confidence. She even let her dark hair grow longer over the last few weeks, just like her mother's.
Luke began to check his sister out. His eyes went all over; from her heavy chest to observing how radiant her eyes were and how her alluring stare drew him in. He took in everything from her nipples poking through to her feet in high heels. He started to feel uncomfortable, but aroused, not helped by the fact he now knew what was underneath her dress.
Lisa turned to scroll Luke's phone that was hooked up to the speakers. And that's when Luke noticed that in fact, there was nothing underneath her dress. It was a sideless dress featuring a narrow gap of sheer material that stretched from top to bottom. This sent Luke's imagination into overdrive.
"Your sister looks beautiful, doesn't she, Luke?" Helen asked Luke this while the rest of the room looked towards Lisa for a moment, some waved and greeted her, Luke stood there with his jaw open, unashamedly staring at Lisa and people started to notice.
"Um... I guess, yeah," he said, and snapped out of it. His attempt at cover was to snack on some finger food.
"Really, Luke? Mozart?" Lisa mocked his music choices. "Nobody wants to listen to classical music at a party." She laughed and continued to scroll for a more suitable playlist.
