Valerie Lawson stretched lazily under the gaze of the Summer sun. That she hadn't moved in quite some time didn't bother her in the slightest - she didn't let it. The past hour had been the most free time that she had mustered in, well, let's just say that this suburban mother deserved to be lazy on a Saturday afternoon.
Most would look down on the lifestyle choices that led to her being in this position. Some would consider it a waste. Why did she bother putting herself through college and making all those sacrifices if it all ended up with her loving husband paying for most of her lifestyle? Valerie might not have chosen a difficult life but it didn't mean she was any less hard-working than any other woman in their mid forties.
A trained psychologist, she volunteered at a shelter three times a week. Keeping the home she shared with her family; cooking and cleaning; managing the budget; raising her only son, along with his group of close friends that she practically considered her own. Years of school meetings, soccer practice and abandoned instructions in musical instruments. She had even been the one to convince her husband to let Sean pick up the electric guitar. Her son had abandoned that interest before ever getting good at it - the guitar forgotten and collecting dust somewhere in the basement - but he was only eighteen. He had a long time to figure out what he was doing with his life.
Valerie, however, knew exactly how this day would go. Sunbathing by the pool, which was what she had currently occupied herself with, was an important part of her schedule for the day. Then she'd leave and head to the gym before running some errands and picking up some groceries so she could prepare a dinner for herself, her son, and his guests.
Her husband was out of town for the weekend but Sean and herself were rarely alone in their spacious home located in one of the city's more exclusive suburbs. Valerie lifted her hand and used it as a makeshift visor as she glanced upwards through her designer sunglasses. On the second floor, she saw the rustling of the curtains as several pairs of eyes darted from where they had been observing her.
She smiled to herself but didn't make much note of it. Sean's friends being around was nothing strange. Their little clique had been together since before they could crawl, with the neighbourhood mothers sharing the burden of raising them. However, in recent years, it was 'Mama Val' who had taken on most of the responsibility of catering to their needs. Everyone knew why but nobody made an issue out of it. They were young and certainly not subtle. Plus, Valerie wasn't offended at being leered at while her two-piece bikini left just enough to the imagination to keep the boys looking.
The tasteful, white one-piece bathing suit certainly protected her modesty but left everything else completely vulnerable. The fabric clung to her as though a second skin and supported her curves perfectly. She had aged and now the blessing of her large, natural breasts along with her wide hips and the plump backside that came with it had all begun to sag ever so slightly. Somehow, it made her buxom, hourglass shape even more alluring. Even before considering ehr gym habits, she had aged more gracefully than she could have hoped for. She attributed it to positive thinking. Regardless, she couldn't fault the boys for being curious. At least they were healthy.

"Do you think she saw us?" A frantic voice asked.
"I don't think so."
"Of course she saw you." Sean leaned back in his chair. He sat at his computer, browsing the internet and searching for something interesting to sink his teeth into. Of the three teens currently occupying his bedroom, he was the only one not trying to ogle his mother through the window. "You guys have been staring at her tits for the last five years," he continued, "can you give it a break for one day?"
"Sorry, sorry." It was Gary Washington who spoke, and it was he who had commented first, appearing most afraid of the possibility of being caught peeping. Despite his sheepish attitude, Gary was the largest of the friend group. Physically imposing with broad shoulders and taller than his closest friends by at least several inches, he was actually rather soft spoken. Not shy, but gentle and considerate with his words. His height, dark skin and stark brown eyes made him stand out even more when compared to his friends.
Next to him stood Daniel Petersen. The jock of the group. The neighbourhood jock. The school jock. He was attractive, in the tiktok pretty boy sort of way with dark, curly hair and matching eyes. His dimpled smile sparkled white and he could often be seen flashing his perfectly straight teeth while hanging out with the prettiest girls in school. Sean was slightly jealous of him, especially since he was the most well-spoken and the de facto leader of their little group. He also was the one that sucked up to Sean's mother, Valerie, the most.
"You guys really need to get over my mother," Sean laughed. Was he upset at the way his friends lusted after his mom? No, not really. Sean was nothing if not logical. He had spent his life trying to be as dutiful a son as possible, not causing his parents or friends any trouble. He was quiet and reserved, but not exactly passive. He wasn't innocent; he knew his friends' intentions and desires regarding his mother quite well. He also knew that she was an important part of all of their lives and to keep her to himself in any way would be, well, selfish.
"But, my guy," Gary said. "She's so fucking..."
Instead of completing his sentence, Gary simply released a deep grunt. It was a far cry from the quiet, sensitive theater kid that Sean knew him to be. Gary could usually express himself in a much more civilized manner.
"I'm jealous," Daniel interjected.
"Of what?" Sean asked.
"You, man," Daniel raised his hands as though in frustration. Years of physical activity and regular exercise meant that he had rather defined hands for a boy his age, with vascular forearms and fingers featuring large, knobby knuckles. "I'm jealous because you got to suck on those tits."
"What?" Sean couldn't help but laugh. "When I was a baby?"
"Who cares when it was!" Daniel peeked outside the window again into the Lawson's backyard. Valerie was still downstairs, though she had been sunbathing for long enough that soon enough she would have to get along with her day. "Man, those things were in your mouth," he groaned longingly.
