Chapter 6 Monday, First day of Spring break, Woo Hoo
His mom was in the kitchen, fully dressed and heading out to work. She didn't say hello or acknowledge him at all. Time to up the ante a little. He didn't have his phone with him, but he had a dozen pre planned "emergency" messages for such an occasion.
He tapped his watch as he was getting the cereal box down and sent all the women a message.
Good morning, ladies, photo time, show those bare pussies. You have 3 minutes to comply. Chop, Chop.
He sat down at the table facing her and started eating.
He heard his mom's phone buzz with a text message. He watched as she read it, and smiled, then looked over at him, seeing him without his phone and went to her room without saying anything. She didn't smile when she looked at him. Ice Queen to the end.
She walked down the stairs and out the door and left.
He took his phone out of his pocket and texted Molly,
I'm sorry for my actions last night
.
I shouldn't have said anything. Your hug was something special. You are my favorite aunt, and I don't want to stop being friends with you over this.
Molly responded almost immediately;
I was thinking the same thing. I shouldn't have said that I wish we weren't related. You got me feeling things that I shouldn't have been feeling. Believe me that I'm happy that I'm your favorite aunt. But then again, I'm your only aunt. Can we keep this our little secret? Please. Your mom won't understand.
Cliff called Molly. She answered and said "Hi, are we cool?"
Cliff said, "well we were anything but cool last night, a little more time in that oven and we would have had to peel clothing to stay alive." Cliff was in a teasing mood, and he wanted to see the reaction he'd get from her.
