Chapter 1
I was about ten steps behind my sister Pam as she walked quickly across the quad toward the library. I felt kinda guilty admiring her beautiful curves and her shapely ass that seemed to be begging for attention.
In my lustful moment, I imagined her 36D natural breasts bouncing as she was nearly jogging by now.
It finally dawned on me that she was late for her shift at the library front desk. That's why she was jogging.
Pam had a partial academic scholarship to our small town college but the part time library job helped her buy books and pay her apartment rent. She had always been an over achiever. In high school, she was an Honors graduate and co captain of the cheerleading squad.
She could have had any boy she wanted in school but she was very selective in who she dated.
She had dated Brad Thomas for most of her senior year but he had gone off to some obscure liberal arts college in Delaware to pursue his interest in finance and business administration.
I felt certain that Pam had some sort of sexual relationship with Brad. I'd tried many times to get her to admit it but she would always act coy when I pressed her for details.
Pam and I had always been close as siblings. We were the only children of James and Patricia Hamilton.
Pam was 14 months older than me, and after the death of our Mom, I'd really leaned on her for love and support. Pam had been my rock all during Mom's long battle with breast cancer.
She had a sixth sense about my grief and emptiness after Mom died. She would appear in my room and comfort me if she heard me crying. She would sit beside me and hold me just as Mom had done when I was a child. I was only 11 when Mom had died, so it was a very traumatic time.
Our Dad was aloof and distant. Mom's death didn't seem to change him in any way. He trained all his attention on his job as a corporate accountant. He had some fantasy that he could become a VP if only he worked 14 hours per day. His contribution to the family was financial and never emotional. It didn't seem as if he even missed Mom. I became very distant from my Dad after Mom died.
Dad's emotional and physical absence often left Pam and I alone and dependent on each other to find our way past losing our Mom.
Those tough years in high school and now college had helped build a bond between us that only grew with time.
Chapter 2
Pam was in such a hurry. Finally I yelled at her, "Wait up sis!" She turned quickly and smiled at me. God she had the most beautiful smile. He perfectly shaped lips and her soft brown eyes, just made me melt. She still had all the energy and youthful beauty I remembered from our younger years.
"What are you up to?" she asked
"Oh I'm headed to the chemistry lab, Dr. Huff wants me to help with his freshman 101 lab class. I'm hoping I might work that into a real paying student job." I replied.
"That's great Tom," she said with honest joy for me. "You would be perfect helping teach freshmen."
"Listen, I'm late for my shift, but please call me this afternoon, I've got some news to share with you, she squealed with excitement.
"I'll do better. I will swing by your apartment around 5 and cook you dinner. We will have salad and my famous Italian spaghetti. Do you still have that bottle of Merlot? I inquired.
Pam laughed, "Yes, it's sealed and cold. You're such a sweet brother, I do love you! See you then."
After my last class, I hurried to the grocery store to buy the things I needed for supper. I bought two more bottles of red wine along with the pasta, salad ingredients, tomato sauce, and ground beef.
