from the perspective of two career women

Perspective: The General Manager
I take pleasure in being first to use the bath in the executive suite. The first to dip my feet inside, the first to operate it, the first to cum in the water. My long hair becomes an ethereal mess as I lay back and put my feet on the edge of the tub. Our grand opening is next month and I think of the women who will later orgasm from this water stream and couples having sex here. But I get to be first.
This is a luxury ski resort in the mountains. Although I may sound like a brat, I can assure you, everything is hard earned. I’m the General Manager and the last year of my life has been a constant hustle to ensure that construction went smoothly and standards are high. There are shrewd investors behind this place and I’m accountable for every dollar.
So excuse me if I enjoy an orgasm here and there.
And that brings me to the events of the last week, something that’s changed my life, not just sexually, but psychologically. I’ve long wondered what the limits are to pushing people to give their best work. What appeals to their inner self? Money? Status? Reputation? I never thought sex would be on that list because that can come with money. I know plenty of successful businessmen who purchase great sex once they can afford it.
How about for women? Could the allure of great sex be a motivating factor? Before I would have said no. Too far fetched. That was, until Alison showed me that some women can have voracious sexual appetites unlocked by… a son? How about two sons? Yes, you’ve interpreted that correctly.
Keep in mind, only a handful of people know about this. Word of this getting out would destroy my career and I’ve worked too hard for that. What’s important is that lives have been changed forever and I’ve learned valuable lessons about leadership. Maybe I’ll be remorseful in the future, but in the meantime, the water jet runs and I slip my hand below to touch myself.
I first met Alison six months ago through a recommendation. Our team wanted this ski resort to be family friendly but also have special accommodations for adults. We were excited by the idea of hot tubs designed for couples, with jet streams strong enough to make women orgasm, or something that could enhance sex in the right position.
Alison hit the ground running when she came on board to design our hot tubs. She's a hydraulics engineer who used to design ships for the Navy, plus she has a military background. Brains and unique beauty. Book smart with killer arms when she’s wearing a tshirt. She worked in a studio to manufacture the hot tubs and we kept in touch remotely.
A week ago I insisted that the entire team experience the resort before the grand opening. Call it a celebration of everyone's efforts. Plus we needed to make sure all the employees were properly trained and on the same page. The resort itself is a spectacle, located on prime real estate with a stunning view of the mountain range, with access to some of the best skiing slopes in the world.
I scheduled a Tuesday morning meeting with Alison and a few of the investors. Because I’d known her to be an articulate speaker, I wanted her to personally showcase her custom design so that the people writing checks know their money is well spent.
But as I was having breakfast in the lounge, nerves appeared. And I always trust my instincts. I’d been so busy with everything else that my inspection of the jet streams hadn’t been as thorough as I’d like. Functionality wasn’t an issue. I knew the streams worked fantastic. But it played to my biggest fear. Being average. I needed women to have the orgasm of their lives.
I left a $40 tip for the waiter and went to find Alison to settle this. Employees were encouraged to bring a spouse, which was an added perk for them, but also having more people helped train the staff. Alison was single and chose to bring her sons, both capable young men, one in trade school, the other aiming to become a fireman.
She was in the game room with them and they had the place to themselves. The young men were having a great time while she played the mini-basketball set. It was almost 10 a.m. and we had enough time to talk things over before the presentation with the investors.
I exchanged pleasantries with them and was glad to see they made a family vacation out of this. Alison wore dress pants with a nice shirt ahead of the meeting. She also wore glasses and her hair was tied in a loose ponytail.
“Can I speak to you for a sec?” I asked.
“Yeah, of course.”
Alison followed me into the hallway and the young men went back to playing video games, with none of them having any idea how their life was about to change. Neither did I, to be fair. In hindsight I should have left the situation alone. I should have trusted her engineering which had already gone through rigorous inspections, but my desire for perfection pushed things too far.
“So, the upcoming meeting,” I said. “This is super last minute, but I wanted to make sure, did you personally check the jet stream?”
“Yes, yes, we’ve tested the jet stream and hydraulics many times in production. In the last few days I’ve personally checked the spa areas and suits. Everything is good to go.”
“I should be more clear. Did you get in the water? Did you actually feel the jet flow against your skin? I mean, have you been an active participant?”
She looked dumbfounded. “No, my job was to design the jet stream and I delivered on that. Everything works, it’s the best on the market, I can promise you that.”
“But you hadn’t actually gotten in the water.”
“Not personally.”
“Did anybody?” I asked.
“We’ve had a few test subjects who enjoyed the experience, so the answer is yes.”
“Any women?”
“One.”
“What was her response?”
“Everything tested off the charts,” she said. “The woman in question loved the experience.”
“Did the woman have an orgasm in the hot tub?”
My bluntness, as expected, threw Alison off guard.
“That didn’t seem appropriate to inquire about,” she said.
“But that’s what I wanted to know. I thought it was implied in our conversations.”
“I assumed you wanted to ensure the jets provided a pleasurable experience, but I didn't think it was necessary to test for that specific outcome.”
“My fault for being unclear,” I said. “A million things are happening and I try my best. So here’s the next step, test the product in front of the investors. If everything works out, more work will come your way.”
