I woke up the next morning feeling a little rough, I needed coffee, fast!
As I walked into the kitchen, I half expected Jeremy to be there. But there was no sign of him. Good, I didn't think I could handle seeing him right now. So I grabbed my coffee and quickly headed up to my room.
I stayed in my room for most of the day thinking about what had just happened. About how maybe things had gotten a little out of hand. Should we stop doing this? What if someone found out? So many thoughts, so many feelings. I needed a distraction. I decided to go for a run to clear my head.
When I got back from my run, my parents were home from work. I said hi, grabbed a snack, and then quickly retreated back to the safety of my bedroom. Still no sign of Jeremy. I somehow managed to avoid him for the rest of the day.
I woke up Saturday morning to a knock on my door.
"Hey Ange. Your father and I are getting ready to leave. We're going up to the cottage for the night. We'll be back late tomorrow, so you and your brother will have to take care of yourselves for the next two days."
"OK mom, we'll try to stay out of trouble."
She shot me a strange look. But then said goodbye, told me there was money in the kitchen if we needed it, closed my door, and left.
I laid in bed for a while watching a movie but decided it was probably time to venture out into the rest of the house. I needed to talk to Jeremy and try to figure out what was going on.
He was on the couch in the living room watching TV when I went out there. I sat in the armchair across from him.
"Hey Jer. Can we talk?"
"Uh, sure. What's up?"
"I just wanted to talk about the last couple of weeks. About everything that's been going on."
"Oh yeah, it's been pretty wild, eh."
"I know. That's what I wanted to talk about. Is this all too weird? Should we be doing this? Is it time to stop?"
"Hmmm. Ya, I get it. It's certainly been a little weird, but look. Like we said before, we're both adults. We've been talking to two other adults. And it only has to be weird as we make it. It's not like we aren't both aware that the other person is sexually active."
"But we're siblings. Siblings don't normally watch live action sex shows together."
Jeremy laughed. "No, they don't. But look, it's not like we're having sex or anything." His cheeks turned bright red as soon as he said that. "You know what I mean. Sure, it's a little unconventional, but we haven't crossed any lines, and if anything, I think it's made me feel closer to you. We've always been sort of friends, but I've had a lot of fun these past few weeks hanging out with you. I've learned a lot about you too. Some things maybe a brother shouldn't know about his sister, but Truth or Dare is a crazy game where you find out crazy things about the people you're playing with. Let's not overthink it. Let's just try to have fun, and if either of us ever feels uncomfortable, we can stop at any time."
"Ok, sounds like a plan. And I've felt closer to you too. I'm glad we started playing this game. And I'm glad we started playing it together. Ok. Thanks Jer. I feel a lot better about things. I'm going to go grab a shower."
"Ok. Hey! The movie!"
"What?"
"The movie. The dare. We have to watch Part 3 as part of our homework dare."
"Oh ya. I completely forgot about that."
"Do you still want to watch it?"
"Um, yeah, sure. I mean, we were dared to watch it, right? So it'd be breaking the rules if we didn't. But I need a shower first. Back in a second."
* * * * *
I came back downstairs about 30 minutes later refreshed from my shower and wearing some comfortable clothes. As I approached the living room, I could see that Jeremy already had the movie queued up, ready to go on the TV.
"Do you want a drink before we get started?"
"Sure, if you're having one."
I went and mixed us a couple of drinks in the kitchen and returned to the living room. I handed Jeremy his glass and then sat down across from him in the armchair.
"Ok. Ready when you are." I said.
Jeremy hit play on the remote but then quickly paused it again. "Oh shit, I forgot. The second part of the dare."
"Huh?" I said.
"You have to sit here right next to me," he said as he patted the seat next to him on the couch.
"Oh right." I said as I climbed out of my seat and sat next to him on the sofa. I'm not sure why, but I leaned in and briefly put my head on his shoulder. Looking up at him, I said, "Ready?"
He hit play, and the movie began.
The movie begins, but it was clear that this was a much different movie than the other two. There's almost no plot to start the movie as they jump right into their game. And because they've played the game before (it's the same cast), they jump right in to some pretty intense dares.
The first move of the game is a dare. And the brother in the movie is dared to give a blowjob to another guy.
"Holy shit!" I said. "I've never seen two guys together before. But I can't say I'm not intrigued."
And right away the brother walks over, drops to his knees, pulls down the guy's pants, and gives him what looks like an amazing blowjob. It turns out I am very intrigued about the idea of two guys being together. I can feel my skin flushing already. I look over at Jeremy, and his eyes are locked onto the screen. I don't think he minds this scene either.
The next dare is for the sister. She's dared to fist herself in front of the group.
"Looks familiar," I said to Jeremy.
He just nodded, clearly focused on the action before us. It was definitely hot, but I couldn't help but think Caleigh looked better.
