I was never a sports kinda guy, not fast enough, not strong enough and not big enough but I also wasn't smart enough to be the 90+% nerd. I guess at best I was average and not overly tall or strong which unfortunately meant that I was often picked on and bullied as a kid. That continued right through high school and the guy I hated the most was Darrin and that was because he'd seemed to have decided that I would be the perfect target for any and everything he wanted to do that would make me feel bad. He wasn't a 'jock' type either, he was more of the 'tough guy' that had a group of friends that he hung around and caused trouble with. He and his buddies were also a year older than my 18 because they'd all been held back at least once because they'd failed too many credits. He seemed to really enjoy bumping or tripping me in the hall, 'accidently' knocking my lunch of the table, spreading rumours that I was gay which pretty much nixed my chances of getting a date. A few times he even went as far as to tape what looked like a used condom to my locker with a note that said, "Here's a snack for you!"
His sister, Julie had graduated the year before, I think she was 21 or so and she'd been a total bitch too but generally left me alone. More often it was one of the other girls that she would start rumours about or exclude from her circle of friends. Other than her little 'group', most people didn't like her and were quite happy when she graduated. Maybe it wasn't true but I'd heard from a few people that she'd slept with pretty much all of Darrin's buddies at least once and was a pretty easy lay.
Basically, I was a loner who spent most of my time playing on my computer and messing around with other electronics. This was back when High School was actually 5 years and I was in grade 13 when everything finally blew up. I'd finally started dating a girl named Debbie and she was pretty much like me, same age, a loaner that really didn't fit in with any of the 'groups' so she also didn't really care what anyone thought about her or the few friends she had. She had long, brown hair, slim but not skinny and an amazing smile and personality.
Things had progressed between us from holding hands, to kissing, some petting and from our conversation as we made out in my basement a few nights ago, I was pretty sure that she was actually ready to have sex with me. We hadn't seen each other naked but we'd done some heavy petting with our clothes on. Up until now, the only release I had was with my hand and while it certainly felt good to cum, I somehow knew that actually sliding into a hot, wet, pussy would feel even better. We were supposed to go out that Friday night but when I went to text her that morning at school, I realized my phone wasn't in my backpack. Figuring that I'd just left it at home, I didn't think much of it and figured I'd see her at lunch.
I saw her alright but I wasn't prepared for what I saw. She came into the cafeteria and after making a straight line to me, half of the kids there heard her yelling, "You cheating mother fucker! I was just about ready to believe that you actually cared and then you fuck up and send this to me instead of your friend!"
Holding her phone inches from my face, I could see what looked like a text from me that read, "Looks like I've got Debbie convinced to have sex with me! I'm not sure how good a fuck she'll be but at least it'll be better than jerking off and when I send you the pictures, you'll have to cough up the $500 that you bet me that she wouldn't sleep with me."
I was totally stunned because I knew I hadn't sent it and as I tried telling her that it wasn't me, she slapped my face and walked out of the cafeteria. I was totally lost as to what to do and then I heard the announcement of "Mark Roberts, please come to the office."
When I got there, the secretary told me that someone had turned my phone in. As soon as I had it in my hand, I immediately turned it on and and checked my texts. Sure enough, there was one to Debbie but it was sent about an hour before lunch when I didn't even have my phone. As I walked back toward my locker, I was in a bit of a daze and didn't even notice when Darrin came up beside me and checked me into the lockers. As he walked away laughing, I heard him say, "Too bad about that text that Debbie got! Maybe I'll have to see if she wants someone to help her get over you!"
That's when everything clicked and I realized that somehow, he must have grabbed my phone, gotten into it and sent the text. If I'd been big enough, I know I'd have happily beaten him unconscious but seeing as he'd have likely put me in hospital if I'd tried it, I knew I had to find another way. By the time classes ended, it seemed the whole school knew about my supposed message and was laughing at me both behind my back and even right to my face.
When I got home, I spent a couple of hours rummaging around in my bedroom until I had what I wanted and then spent a couple of hours getting it ready. Monday when I got to school, there were several notes taped to my locker about what a loser I was and how I didn't deserve to have a girlfriend. I just threw them out and didn't say anything. On first break, I found Darrin and said, "Thanks Darrin you asshole! You're the one that hacked my phone and sent that fake message to Debbie, weren't you?"
He just laughed and said, "Sure I did and there's no way you can prove it. Even better, I've got a video of her yelling at you and slapping you. I just wish I'd have found some nude pics of her on your phone so I could have sent them to all my buddies. One of these days I'll get some and make sure she thinks that you were the one that sent them. That was the most fun I've ever had fucking you over and if I get a chance, I'll do it all over again and maybe worse. Have a nice fucking day!"
I didn't say anything else and just walked away to the sound of his laughter. The next morning, I sent a simple text to Debbie, "Please listen carefully this morning during announcements and you'll know what really happened."
It showed as delivered so at least she hadn't blocked me which made me feel slightly better. We'd just started morning announcements but to everyone's surprise except mine, instead of the usual crappy recording of O'Canada, the whole school got to hear what Darrin had said the day before that I'd recorded and converted to a digital copy. I'd also taken the liberty of emailing the clip from various fake emails to anyone else that I could think of that Darrin had bullied over the years and posted it to a few social media sites through fake accounts as well. We were both called down to the office and he looked so mad that I was expecting steam to come from his ears. As soon as I walked in to the office, he rushed me yelling, "I'm going to fucking beat the shit out of you for that you fucking loser!"
Thankfully the principal was right there and was able to grab him and pretty much push Darrin into his office. As the door closed, I took a better look and could see someone else in the office that I expected was Darrin's mom. I knew that she'd gotten pregnant with his sister while still in high school, had Darrin less than two years later, his dad had left them years ago and from the school rumours, she was a drinker and supposedly had quite a few one or two night stands on a regular basis. I could see where all that would be hard on Darrin but it didn't make me hate him any less. She looked like she'd just woken up and hadn't had a chance to shower yet. Once the door was closed, the vice principal opened his door and motioned me in.
"I'm pretty sure you know why you were called down here. I realize you were pretty mad at Darrin and I can't say that I blame you but hacking the school computer and uploading the audio clip in place of our national anthem puts me in a very bad spot. If, and that's a big 'if' I could prove it was you that did it, I'd have to expel you and it would also be a police issue. Several people have come forward to say that they'd received the same clip by email and told me very clearly that Darrin had bullied them as well so they were quite happy at what had happened. Because so many other people have the clip, I really can't prove it was you who did it, unless of course you'd like to admit it. For the record, did you or didn't you put that clip into today's announcements?"
