Chapter 5: Maybe.
The last month had been the hottest either Luca or Alex had experienced. Luca's father had lifted the "grounding" and Luca was allowed to resume normal activity as long as he had his security detail around. He was able to hide it though by inviting Alex over this place or the club more than he went over to Alex's. They had fucked so much that Alex felt like his hole was permanently stretched to fit Luca inside of him.
And it was about to be stretched again. Alex was straddling Luca on the sofa in his office in the club as the music thumped around them. Luca pushed up, his cock like a steel pipe about to burst from his tight jeans. Alex moaned as Luca ran his hands up his back then back down to squeeze Alex's round buttocks.
"Fuck I want to taste you." Alex whispered into Luca's mouth.
"I want to choke you till you pass out." Luca threatened. He grabbed some of Alex's hair and pulled him back. "Fuck, you're so hot." He said as he sucked on Alex's collar bone, leaving behind a hickey.
"Luca..." Alex moaned as he groped Luca's biceps. He flexed in response and it turned Alex on even more. His own cock throbbing in his pants. "Luca..." He was ready, he could feel his hole aching to slide down on Luca's thick Italian cock. He was ready to be stretched.
Bang, bang, bang.
Or maybe not...
"Boss, you decent?" It was Adams' voice.
"Fucking Adam." Alex groaned as he went into kiss Luca again.
"Go away Adam." Luca slipped the command out between Alex's lips.
"Boss, it's important. I've got...business to discuss. It's about Al." Adam spoke awkwardly threw the door.
"Fuck..." Luca groaned, rolling his head back. His hands fell to Alex's hips. "I gotta handle this babe." He kissed him again.
"But-"
"I know. I'm sorry. It's important. Al is a...distributor." Of drugs. But Luca couldn't tell him that.
"Babe." Alex groaned, reaching down and giving Luca's cock a nice squeeze through the pants. "Can't you tell him to come back in a bout ten minutes?"
"Boss." Adam repeated.
"Huh!" Luca gasped as Alex worked his hand on his shaft. "I want to more than anything. But I've needed to talk to Al about some important business stuff and he's been dodging me." Luca explained. Al had lost some money...a lot of it and Luca was pissed because his father was pissed about it. "Gimme a minute Adam!" Luca shouted out to him when he heard Adam knock again.
"Fine." Alex huffed, standing up and readjusting himself. He wasn't happy and Luca could tell.
"Here." Luca stood and walked over to his desk. He pulled out his keys and took his apartment key off of it and the fob. "Why don't you go wait for me at my place. I'll be done here soon anyway, club closes in an hour. This won't take long. Promise." He walked back over to Alex and pulled him in, kissing him hard.
"You sure? How will you get in?" Alex asked taking the fob and key.
"You can buzz me up once I get home I'll call you." They kissed again and Alex reached around to squeeze Luca's ass. "Mmm, don't start that now." He pulled away.
"Fine, but you've got to eat me out for an hour when you get home." Alex teased as he grabbed his jacket from the arm of the sofa. "And I'll be counting."
"I bet you will." Luca grinned.
Alex opened the door. "Adam," He nodded to the man. "great timing as always." Alex noticed two men behind him holding up a third, his head lolled lazily to the side. His eye swollen shut and black, blood oozing from a cut above his eyebrow, nose and lips bloodied.
"Sorry Alex." Adam apologized. Adam stepped to the side to cover the man when he noticed Alex notice him.
"Oh, my god! What happened to him?" Alex asked.
"We - uh - found him at a bar down the street. He'd been in a fight." Adam lied. Luca had instructed his employees to keep their work hidden from Alex until Luca found the right time to tell him. Adam also hadn't told Giovanni - no one under Luca's employ had - about Alex and Luca's growing relationship.
"Is he okay, he looks like he needs a hospital." Alex tried to step forward, driven by his instincts as a First Responder, but Luca grabbed his arm.
"I'll have Adam take him after we have a word about the missing booze he said got delivered but never did." Luca lied. He hated lying to Alex, but it was a necessity for now.
"Luca. He needs a doctor now." Alex insisted but Luca couldn't let Alex get involved right now. His men's loyalty was only conditional. They'd keep the secret of Alex unless it infringed on the business, then they'd be forced to tell Giovanni. Luca needed Alex to leave now.
"And he'll get one, I promise." Luca said to Alex in a voice that held finality. Alex didn't say anything else, something in Luca's eyes told him he shouldn't. He nodded. "I'll see you at home." He bent down and kissed him goodbye.
"See you at home..." Alex said, not realizing what he was saying. All he could hear was Cody's words in the back of his head telling him that Luca was a part of some shady business dealings. Alex walked down the steps and out the back door to his car with a pit in his stomach and his heart feeling heavy.
It wasn't the first thing Alex had seen that made him feel uneasy. Luca had been called away in the middle of the night once and returned surrounded by a sharp, smoky smell that felt dense and heavy like a fog. He'd taken a call on a date once and spoke angrily in hushed Italian into the phone. Alex didn't know much Italian, but he swore he heard Luca say "kill" or something like it. Once in his bathroom he'd noticed some blood one of Luca's dirty shirts in the laundry, but Luca had no wounds.
Small things here and there that made him wonder if Cody was right. But then Luca would explain things away or distract him with sex and Alex would forget in a cock-fog. He always told himself he'd ask about it later but then Luca would buy him a new outfit, get him flowers, or spoil him in some other way and he would once again forget all about it.
Not this time....
He thought to himself as he drove to Luca's.

Alex sat on Luca's bed watching TV waiting for Luca to return. He'd texted that he was on his way home about twenty minutes prior so he should be home soon. Alex was determined to talk to Luca about all the things he'd noticed. There had to be a reasonable explanation anyway.
There had to be.
