I woke up groggily, my head hurt like fuck and there was a sharp pain in my right arm, as my vision cleared I could tell I was in hospital, which at least meant I was alive.
"You're awake!" I heard Lucy squeal excitedly, I turned my head slowly to look at her, "You gave me quite a scare!"
"Ooooohhhhh, what's the damage?" I asked.
"You got lucky babes, concussion, bruised ribs and a broken right arm - the nurse says you should be out of here pretty soon." She told me.
"But what am I going to do without my right arm for weeks?" I asked, looking down at the cast that stretched from my elbow to my wrist.
"I'm sure I can help you with stuff babes."
"Thanks Lucy, do my family know by the way?"
"Yeah, I called them as soon as I got here - your parents are on their way now."
"Great." I replied as I felt the morphine coursing through my veins, making me feel very sleepy, "Thanks for being here Lucy, it means a lot."
"I couldn't be anywhere else whilst you're here babes, I..."
I never heard the end of Lucy's sentence as the morphine put me back to sleep.
"...love you." Lucy looked up expectantly to find me spark out, she sighed then squeezed my hand, "Maybe one day babes."

I was discharged two days later, my arm in a cast. My parents hung around for a few days to look after me, but left at the weekend, leaving Lucy to look after me. She was amazing and did everything for me, more than I needed done infact, and it was during those couple of weeks I finally realised what my sister had said was true.
She had arranged to work from home for a couple of weeks so she could look after me, a week in I could see she was clearly knackered, and told her she didn't need to do so much for me, but she ignored me and carried on. Then, late one Tuesday night I woke up thirsty, and entering the kitchen to grab a drink found Lucy asleep at her laptop, working on a PowerPoint presentation.
"Come on babe, let's get you to bed." I whispered in her ear.
"Mmmm, leave me be, I was just resting my eyes..." She replied.
"Bed babe, now!" I told her.
I took her weight on my good arm as I dragged her to her room, gently laying her down on her bed as she quickly fell back to sleep. I hadn't realised how hard she had been working to look after me and do her job, but vowed to do more for myself as I cuddled up next to her.

The next morning I got up whilst Lucy was still sound asleep, and proceeded to make the most incompetent cup of tea ever made, splashing it all over the floor as I tried to open the bedroom door and carry the cup in my one good hand.
"Wakey wakey babe." I whispered in her ear as I gently stroked her face.
"Uh, how did I get in here?" She asked, as she woke up.
"You fell asleep at your laptop, so I helped you."
"I'm sorry babes; you shouldn't have to do that."
"Don't be stupid, you shouldn't be doing that to yourself, you don't need to wait on me like you have been doing!"
"But your arm?"
"It's getting better - I made you a cup of tea."
I saw her eyes brighten as she spotted the cup on her bedside drawers, then she burst into tears.
"Are you ok?" I asked.
"Yeah, just a bit tired and emotional I suppose, it's been a hard few weeks, seeing you so helpless."
"You've been amazing Lucy, I couldn't of coped without you."
"Don't be daft; I just did what I could."
"Seriously babe, I'll never forget this." I told her.
"Do you really mean that?" She asked.
"Of course."
"Thanks Dan, I..." She paused.
"What?" I asked.
"Uh, appreciate it." She said, but the look in her eyes said something else, it said my sister had been right.

I finally had my cast off the first week of December, which meant that I could drive again. My sister hadn't been able to come down and see me as she was so busy with uni, so having had my cast off on the Thursday and taken two days off work I drove up to see her at uni on the Friday.
I pulled up at her house; I knew she shared the garden flat with another girl called Melissa, who I'd yet to meet. As I parked up I had this sudden thought of 'I hope someone's home' as I hadn't called ahead. I walked round the back, where the entrance to the flat was and rang the doorbell.
I waited for a while but there was no answer, so I knocked loudly. Just as I was about to turn to leave the door opened, a girl in a dressing gown opened the door - she had wet dark hair, was short and quite thickly built but still very pretty, especially with the thick rimmed glasses she was wearing accentuating her face.
"Sorry, I was in the shower." She told me.
"Uh, hi - is Kim about?" I asked.
"No, sorry she's had a lecture first thing, can you come back later?"
"Uh, not really, I just drove up from London..."
"Oh, well, um, who are you?" She asked.
"I'm Dan..."
"Kim's brother! Why didn't you say so?" She said, a smile spreading across her face, "Nice to meet you, I'm Melissa."
"Nice to meet you too Melissa." I said, leaning in to give her a kiss on both cheeks.
"Come in, come in, how's your arm?"
"Better thanks, I just had the cast off yesterday." I told her, shutting the door behind me.
"Great, would you like a cup of tea whilst you wait?" She asked, walking to the kitchen.
"Yes please!"
I watched as she put the kettle on, then bent down to open a cupboard - this meant her short dressing gown rode up around her ass, giving me the perfect view of her bare shaved pussy - 'oh fuck' I muttered under my breath as my cock twitched.
"Do you take milk and sugar?" She asked, pouring the boiled water into the cup.
